To promote access to education, healthcare and welfare service for street children.
Our Mission
Address the problem of street children by creating a system that transforms the abandoned and orphaned into healthy, educated, loved, and godly young leaders through a multi-lateral partnership between local churches, international christian communities, and the local government.
The Challenges
It is estimated that there are 100 Million children living and working on the streets throughout the world. Many of these children’s rights have been violated and they go to extreme lengths to stave off hunger pains.

Shelter
Many of these children have taken refugee in the streets for a variety of different reasons including: child abuse, peer-pressure, lack of resources in the home, or their brother or sister is currently living in the streets. Additionally, 50% of Kenya’s population is under the age of 18. This presents a unique housing challenge for the country as a whole.
Cultural
Often, children who live in the street are often seen as outcasts by the current society. They are arbitrarially abused, arrested, and harassed.
Our Story
From a chance encounter, to a trip to Kenya in 2012, through today, this project has been in the works for a long, long time. Click here to read about the home’s milestones.

Abundant Life Church is a non-denominational Christian Church that holds a charismatic-evangelical theology. Our beliefs are firmly rooted in the theology of the Reformation, while fully embracing contemporary ministry of the Holy Spirit and all His gifts.
